We stayed in the one of their propoerties in Chamonix. After checking the reviews of that particular property, we were super scared that we have been scammed but since, we booked this property through Chamonix official website, we double checked with them and they guaranteed that this is a verified property so we got relaxed. Since the property is managed by Happy rentals so we contacted them and they sent all the necassary information. Also, on the day of check in, we went to their office and they handed over the keys. Overall, the customer service was all right. we stayed in the property for 4 nights. It was a perfect place with all the facilities although a bit small. The only problem we had was the WIFI. We contacted Happy rentals also but they didnt solve this issue. so overall, it was a good experience except that of WIFI issue, that why 4/5 stars.

Decent selection of apartments and properties. Pricing is usually reasonable and service is fast.
