I got an appointment as new patient after 3 months of waiting, confirmed, but then on the day of the visit, after more than 1 hour in the waiting room, I asked and my appointment was not on their system. So no visit for me, and absolutely no apologies from them.Also, as new patient, you get an appointment only if you know somebody, or if you have some emergency.
