personnel aimable et arrangeant: notre avion est arrivé avec 12h (!) de retard, on nous a attendus très tard pour la remise du véhicule! vraiment appréciable car on était très stressé et fatigués. quant au véhicule il était impeccable.

Bon accueil, voiture spacieuse, confortable et propre. MAIS véhicule hybride pour lequel l'agence ne donne pas de câble de recharge par crainte qu'il soit détérioré ou volé... un non sens écologique et économique !

Très content de la voiture que nous avons eu. Un Nissan quashkai tout option. On se sentait vraiment en sécurité. Très agréable et facile à conduire. Très bonne experience

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.I made 2 mistakes which I am now warning others against making.I picked up the car on 5 May 2023 in Lille. The fuel tank was half full which was noted on the rental agreement. The agent in Lille advised I needed to return the car with the same amount of fuel or if it was more than half full I would receive a credit.I returned the keys of my hire car to the desk in the Rennes Airport terminal and did not insist on the agent going to the car with me. The car was returned on 20 May 2023 at 0930.We were not running late but as my French language skills are poor I had a brief discussion with the agent explaining the fuel situation and where the car was parked in the return bays.I did not receive an email with the final return details which should have been a warning to me. It was not until I checked my credit card statement that I found I had been overcharged Euro 327 being Euro 24.65 fuel and Euro 302.35 for returning the car inside the minimum 14 day hire.The agent had checked the car back in on 17 May 2023 and as having an empty tank.I raised a dispute with Avis international which has now gone on for more than 2 months. AVIS are refusing to refund the fuel charge as I am unable to provide proof that the tank was half full. AVIS have now stopped any communication with me concerning the wrong return date being entered by the agent.The behaviour of the location can only make me believe they are dishonest and are entering return dates which will incur higher charges for customers.If you do return a car to this location please don't make the mistakes I made.

We were greeted warmly and with friendliness. There were 3 agents to choose from...it was wonderful not having to wait in line. The agent who helped us let us know exactly how to get to our car and how to get out of the airport and onto the highway. We always rent AVIS for a reason!

Véhicule quasiment neuf et disponibilité du personnel mais supplément de 40 € pour retrait en retard malgré un retard motivé par un déroutement du vol prévu lors de la réservation. À aucun moment avant la réception de la facture finale je n’ai été prévenu de ce supplément

Grosse arnaque et abus de position. Notre avion a eu 1h de retard, fait totalement indépendant de notre volonté. L agence nous a facturé 40 euros pour etre arrivé après les horaires d ouverture de l agence. Bien sûr, quand nous les avons appelé une semaine avant ce montant n à jamais été évoqué. Ç est scandaleux ! L agence est dans un aéroport, ç est à eux de s'organiser et il est inadmissible de faire porter le chapeau au consommateur. Plus jamais avec eux

Véhicule défectueux avec une électronique partiellement HS (verrouillage et tableau de bord défaillant). Je ne pense pas que j'étais le 1er client à le constater mais mon tort a été de demander une restitution dans une autre agence, l'occasion de refiler la patate chaude ailleurs... Cette agence est en franchise.

Suite au refus d’une compagnie concurrente (Alamo => fuyez) car un permis provisoire (pourtant fourni par l’état suite au renouvellement normal d’un permis de conduire) n’étais selon pas valide,Je remercie Avis qui ont accepté ma situation sans broncher et m’ont sauvé de mon déplacement professionnel.Personnel très sympathique également
