I sent money through WesternUnion 08/25/2022 and for personal reasons I needed to cancel my transfer in my bank application. The money returned to the owner's agency but he refuses to return my money. My bank says the money returned to the branch where I deposited it. It's more than 2000€. The owner was rude and yelled at me and even humiliated me because I don't speak the language of his country (French). after several attempts, several calls made by french friends, he hangs up the phone in our face. Be careful when depositing at this agency as you may have problems in the future. I do not recommend. Lack of empathy for others. I'm just asking for my money, I'm not asking for anyone's money. I hope life shows him that the law of return exists.

Unrespectul person when u send money it's he talk very rudely and when you receive money he even not answering uHe will come tomorrow when com tomorrow then same thing the will tell you

Très désagréable parle très mal raccroché quand on les appel très déconseillé je vous conseille ceux de herouville qui sont tout l’inverse
