Popped in with a nasty hole in my tubeless tyre, a few euros and a couple of hours later one of the lads called to say he’d plugged the hole and saved the tyre. They even cleaned the inner tube I’d used. Brilliant service from one of Cham’s legendary shops..

After avoiding Zero G for many years due to rude service in the past I have revisited a few times this summer and a lot has changed. Floor staff have offered excellent product knowledge and the workshop has been great, one time admitting that they didn't have the exact tool for my headset crown race and giving me the choice to shop around rather than try to bodge it and today digging through their parts box to find a bolt for a 15+ year old set of Truvativ DH cranks and refusing payment. Thanks guys!

Cela fait maintenant plus de 10 ans que nous sommes clients a Zéro G. Après avoir acheté un Status (3000€), ce qui représente une somme conséquente, j'ai rencontré différents problèmes d'usure tout à fait normaux (pneu, roue libre...). En emmenant faire ma révision annuelle (2021), j'ai fais changer ma roue libre qui avait un défaut. J'ai eu la bonne surprise d'apprendre que la pièce de remplacement était d'occasion, car les pièces neuves n'était pas disponible, le vendeur ma dit je cite elle a passée les tests

Cela faisait des mois que je cherchais un VTT Électrique, mais vu les prix, j'avais besoin de conseils détaillés et d'essais.Habitant à St Julien en Genevois j'ai essayé de faire local mais soit les compétences soit l'accueil n'étaient pas au rdv...J'ai donc téléphoné à ZeroG, on m'à très bien renseigné, reservé un essai, une fois sur place l'expérience fût très pro et agréable et je suis donc reparti avec mon vélo.Top accueil, top gamme, top prix, foncez!

Excellent service, fast response and helpful, knowledgeable staff. I have bought bicycles here and continue to use them regularly for spares and repairs when necessary. Recently I punctured on my cargo bike as I was passing by, and they had me back on the road with a smile within 15 minutes. Strongly recommend!
