Cette résidence en coliving est vraiment impeccable. L équipement moderne vous limite les frais annexes comme la lessive et l inscription en salle de sport. Les soirées proposées sont très sympas et surtout les responsables, sur place, répondent très rapidement à vos demandes. Bref : MERCI.

Had a wonderful stay for the two months I spent here! Space has everything you would need from clean facilities, laundry, gym, parking garage, balconies, to even full kitchen equipment (even a fancy espresso machine).Staff is very kind friendly, and they speak both French and English. :)Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter place to stay just outside of Paris city center.Thank you to the sharies team! <3

I lived here Nov and Dez 2022. It is a great concept with extremely poor management and service. I would very much advise against living here. Some examples of why:I was given a wrong appartment number and when I arrived (10pm) I could go around the house and search for the right one (same happened to some of my flatmates). My first day I had to buy cleaning stuff (not provided, btw- the included weekly cleaning service did the bare minimum) and clean my room - it was utmost disgusting with toenails, cigaret buts, mold, etc., pics below). I never got an introduction by the managers and did only get my keycard (there is also an entrance app, which only works half of the time) after one month and several reminders. Quickly we learnt that rents for the same room categories varied around 200€ a month and that there must have been a recent, very steep increase in rent which they can clearly not justify with increasing base/ heating costs: we did not have heating for all of November and December (our appartment and many others) and it was freezing (according to my flatmates the problem persisted throughout January). For Xmas they were kind enough to provide 1 ridiculous stove (picture) for a 5room apartment. I and others complained regulary and nothing happened. They straight out refused to pay back any of the prepaid running costs. Leasing a living space without heating is against french law and we started to take legal action. At the same time, our stove top was out of order for several days just before a bank holiday. Only after persisting for hours and threatening to call an emergency electrician on their costs, their solution was to provide one single hotplate (picture), for 5 roomies - we uninvited our guests. According to my flatmates there was a leak in out ceiling mid Februar. It just keeps on giving… Their solution to each mishap is to offer you something from their épicerie. Great. In the end I was delayed to send back my keycard and they withdrew this from my deposit.It is such a shame, the idea would be so great and make expat life so much easier. Maybe check out LifeX, who promises a similar experience. No idea whether that has more capable management.

Sharies is a great place for students and young professionals! Especially those on a short term stay. Had the best time staying here for half a year and made the best of friends. The in house cafe, gym, laundry room, cinema room are fantastic. Lea and Nathan are great managers and always a phone call away. Enjoyed their monthly events for residents to interact! (If you stay here in the winter you can get a view of La Tour Eiffel from certain apartments!)

Fantastic space! Beautiful well appointed apartment with all the small details covered, including great coffee machine and outdoor furniture to relax on the balcony.Rooms are comfortable. Laundry on-site and affordable. Easy access to shops and multiple bus routes into town.Only downside is return of deposit was delayed by several weeks and communication could be more transparent.
