Where’s the WIFI??? WHERE’S THE LAUNDRY SERVICE??? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR????????

My daughter stayed in a twenty campus building last academic year in Cergy and apart from very slow and frustrating admin the flat was excellent. However, Twenty Campus have got their act together this year and the communication has been excellent and very efficient. I have just signed back up for my daughter at their brand new residence in Cergy (Prefecture) which has everything included in the overall price. Let’s hope it is as good as it looks!

Super résidence, lieu propre et sécurisé.

This is TERRIBLE. I can’t believe we are living in a place like this. The electricity went out twice a week and no one answered to calls, messages and emails. The company does not care about the students living here.Not to mention that after two weeks of moving in, the laundry services are still not ready.I don’t get what I paid for and they are not providing what they promised.

Un bâtiment propre et un service d'accueil irréprochable. Par contre, dés qu'il y a un problème d'administration qui ne peut pas être géré par Big Brother, ça devient cauchemardesque. L'application android de Twenty Campus n'est pas compatible avec plein de dispositifs android récents. Ce problème a été remonté plusieurs fois par l'agent de l'accueil, mais ce problème persiste toujours. De plus, pour avoir une machine à laver, ça devient une bataille car dans le local il n'y a que 2 machines à disposition pour 18 étages d'habitants.

I do not usually leave reviews but this is really a one of a kind experience that I have to warn others about.The apartment and building are not bad and at a great location, but beware as there are only 2 washing machines for the entire new building, and sometimes it takes multiple tries to get your laundry done. And for this they charge you a laundry utilities fee every month apart from your rent. The tenant app is also barely functional and very hard to use.The biggest issue is they take all kind of excuses to not give you your deposit back, and admin is extremely non-responsive. When you leave, anything that is not in brand new condition will be marked as poor condition, and they make you sign and agree" to the report when you check out. I cleaned as much as possible before I moved out

De nombreux coupures de courant dans le bâtiment depuis l’ouverture, ça tombe un dimanche, pas d’ascenseur, le déménagement s’est fait dans les escaliers. Les portes sont grandes ouvertes puisque les machines pour les badges ne fonctionnent plus, et j’imagine que la caméra de surveillance non plus (et notre sécurité ????)On ne pouvait contacter personne, pas de numéro d’urgence !! Dès qu’on appelle le gérant, on tombe sur la messagerie. C’EST VRAIMENT PAS SÉRIEUX!
