Appartement are very nicely fitted but there is no less than 5 doors \ codes to pin to access... a nightmare...WiFi is totally unstable and no technical assistance during the weekend

Une belle expérience dans l'hôtel, l'appartement est bien situé, déco moderne, très jolies prestations, personnel sympa, accueillants, on a passé un très agréable séjour.

I stayed in an apartment from Highstay recently. I was very pleased with the entire experience. From payment, to check in, to housekeeping, etc. Communication was quick as well. Additionally, the unit had many great amenities..Sonos surround sound, yoga mats, umbrella, nice tea selection, all necessary soaps, detergents, etc. I will definitely use Highstay again for any future stays in Paris.

We stayed at Reaumur apartments recently, had 3 apartments on the 3rd flr for two weeks. Given the amount of money we paid, I expected excellent and seamless house keeping services. Their mates forgotten to change towels, I had to remind/request three times, their safe boxes had to be repaired three times. Given high rates of these apartments, everything should be working perfectly without any requests or interruptions.

My husband and I stayed at a Highstay residence over the holiday. I can honestly say that this was one of our best experiences we have had in a long time. Prior to our arrival there was an issue with our initial rental. The staff at Highstay were extremely helpful and immediately arranged for accommodations at one of their other rentals. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. Additionally, unlike other rental agencies, they were quick to respond to any questions we had and offer cleaning throughout our stay. Thank you so much to the Highstay staff that made our vacation an exceptional experience!

I absolutely loved staying at highstay.The apartment is perfectly located with a view to the eiffel tower. Beautifully furnished, very modern and elegant. The service was great, everything worked out so smooth. This stay literally made me fell in love with Paris once again.Definitely will be back soon.

Arrivée à 15:30, n'avons pas eu accès à l'appartement, la femme de ménage était elle aussi en attente des clefs et il nous est demandé de patienter 3heures supplémentaires pour le ménage ( les mesures Covid sont elles au rendez vous ???)Au téléphone le manager, nous a proposé d'annuler sur un ton menaçant, car il me dit qu'il perd trop d'argent à cause de la Covid... : Pauvres hôtels !!!
