Très beaux objets . 4 étoiles seulement car le prix au dos de l'objet est inférieur au prix que l'on paie réellement. Étrange, non ?

Il est bien regrettable que le service et l'accueil ne soit pas à la hauteur des produits vendus. Pour exemple, une bague offerte m'a été remise dans un sachet plastique, je m'attendais à mieux d'une maison comme la vôtre : Cristofle.

Christofle is one of my favourite boutiques to visit and when I was in Lyon a few months ago, I thought I would stop by to buy my sister a gift. Unfortunately the service that I received there was horrible. The last who attended to me , a lady of a certain age did not know how to speak a word of English, and kept translating to me through her phone. This is certainly not the service standard that I expected from a world class boutique. I had the feeling of being pushed to buy and because of the unpleasant experience, we chose not to buy anything from there.I do understand that I was in France but isn't English a universal language that should be spoken by your staff, especially in an international brand like Christofle? Isn't your boutique supposed to be equipped to handle international visitors? Very disappointing experience. Would like at least an answer about hiring processes so that I can understand what went wrong.
