Had a very bad experience! Was charged 35€ for no reason, called the company, the staff were rude asked me a lot of question about the exact place and time I took the bicycle (which is hard to remember since the withdrawal was made 1 week after the ride!!!). After a long conversation with the staff he admitted that it was an unjustified withdrawal and that I will get a refund in three weeks!!! 1 month had passed and no refund! Never again!

System works most of the time but my concern with with the times it doesn’t, as customer support is literally no existent. Emails go unanswered and on the phone they pretend they don’t speak English even though they understand perfectly what you tell them. God forbid you get a wrong charge on your credit card. You can kiss your money good bye.

schöne Fahrräder, viele Abholmöglichkeiten, allerdings ist der Bezahlvorgang kompliziert und Kreditkarten werden lange nicht an allen Automaten akzeptiert, da gab es bei uns einige Probleme! Auch dass 150 Euro reserviert werden ist suboptimal, allerdings verschmerzbar.
