Cham Dépan

Rarement vu un SAV de cette qualité.Suite a quelques soucis, Gavin a toujours répondu présent et a pu régler tous les problèmes.Il est rare de nos jours de trouver des professionnels aussi réactifs et soucieux de leur travail.

J'utilise les services de Cham Dépan depuis 2016 et je les recommande vivement. Ils effectuent le ramonage annuel et ont également changé plusieurs conduits de cheminée chez moi afin de les mettre en conformité avec la réglementation. Ils m'ont installé une chatière, changé des bouteilles de gaz, livré des appareils de cuisine et tondu la pelouse chez moi quand j’étais à l’étranger. Je recommande à 100% Gavin et Rachel et le travail de leur équipe!I have used the services of Cham Dépan since 2016 and highly recommend them. They carry out my annual chimney sweep and have also changed some of the chimney flue-pipe in order to bring it inline with regulations. They have fitted a catflap for me, changed out gas bottles, delivered kitchen appliances and mowed my lawn when I have not been in town to take care of these things. I highly recommend Gavin and Rachel and their team’s services!

Excellent service & great value for money

As a property manager for absent owners, Gavin has helped me on many occasions. He's advised me about burglar alarm systems, helped me with complicated electronics as well as installing internet and telephone services. The biggest challenge of all was pulling an entire team of professionals together to change a large water boiler system which decided to break down the day before the owners arrived for the Xmas holidays. This was an emergency situation as we only had 48 hours to source a very large boiler system and get it installed and in working order with hote water ready for the family's arrival. It was a major operation, in a very luxurious property, it was also a very tricky job due to the tiny lift in the historic building and limited street access (in the pedestrian area of Cham centreville). Gavin and his colleagues pulled out all the stops at virtually no notice, they also took away the huge broken boiler. The bill was nowhere near what I expected for an emergency job of such a size and with the challenges it presented. Gavin and Cham'Depan never disappoints!
