Depuis 3 semaines personne n est venu faire le nettoyage. Ils envoient la facture , mais personne décroche le téléphone, ni répond aux email. C est sur le contrat est résilier et je ne payerai même pas 1 centime.

à fuir! Manque de professionnalisme! ont saccagé mes pots de fleurs sans rien dire. Ont squatté la terrasse des voisins sans demander (il sont crus à un cambriolage).

Half of the time, they did not come when they were supposed to come, mostly without informing me beforehand. And the skills of some of the cleaners left a lot to be desired.

This is by far the worst I have been treated by any service provider in Luxembourg. I contacted them for a quotation for cleaning before moving out of an apartment and we signed a contract three weeks before the date on which I needed the cleaning to be done. Then the day agreed upon arrived and I sat waiting for them at the agreed time. After an hour no one had come. I started getting restless and phoned them. Someone replied not even knowing that the contract existed. They told me they would phone back. No one phoned back. After half an hour my husband phoned them and they still had no reply on the matter. I phoned back again and they told me someone would be coming to clean the apartment within an hour. After an hour passed and no one had arrived my husband phoned them again. Eventually a woman arrived with two other women. She had no idea it was a deep clean due to moving out. She was so clueless I had to show her the contract to show what cleaning she had to do since she was telling me it was not her job to clean the windows and the terrace. They had to call in more people with more equipment when they arrived and they were not prepared to wash glass from outside, some of which they did not manage to clean.The work finally started late, 4 hours later than expected, at 11:30, even though we had been told the team would start at 7:30. Although I expressed worry and concern over the phone no one admitted they had forgotten about me and no one apologised. It's incredible that they did not even feel the need to apologise for forgetting all about a client for such an important job. Because of all this stress caused by their forgetting us on the very day we were supposed to give the key back to the landlady we asked for a discount which we did not get. They treated us arrogantly replying to our emails sarcastically and not even admitting that they had forgotten us. We have nothing to complain about the employees. They did their best and cleaned the apartment well, considering the circumstances. But it is only fair and is the only right thing to do to give a discount to a client that the management totally forgot about. After replying twice to our emails in such a manner they just stopped replying to our emails and even when we emailed the director, no one, not even the director himself, replied, apologised or gave us any sort of reason for the delay on the day. Truly unprofessional and poorly mannered. It's already stressful enough to move house. Do not add unnecessary stress by engaging Propper to clean your rental property before you leave.

Comment décrire Propper:- Ne sont plus venus d'un jour a l'autre. sans nous prévenir.- Pendant qu'ils ne sont pas venus, ils ont continué d'envoyer des factures- Ont perdu la clé de l'immeuble sans nous prévenir (Ils l'ont caché pendant des mois!)- M'ont menti au téléphoneVoilà, si vous voulez aller chez eux, vous vous tirez une balle dans le pied.

Pas professionnel du tout! Une femme de ménage différentes chaque semaine, je dois expliquer à nouveau la procédure de nettoyage et les produits à utiliser donc 1x semaine, aucune d'entre elle n'a totalement nettoyer les endroits demandés, manque de motivation chez beaucoup d'entre elles, facturation des jours fériés comme si elles étaient venues, ce n'est évidemment pas le cas, choses et sol fragiles cassées et abîmées, la société ne voulant pas remboursé, une arnaque, ils veulent juste amasser le plus d'argent possible, sans donner une qualité de service en retour, honteux!!! Zéro étoile

Au téléphone injoignable, mail pas de réponseOn annule une Intervention la femme de Menage vient quand même, si une maladie ou autre de chez eux on n'est pas averti et on attend que qn se presente....
