A huge thank you to Cyril, who went out of his way to ensure I had the right skis for my ski holiday in March 2023 after my own failed to arrive in resort for 5 full days thanks to British Airways! Cyril listened to what I needed, gave great advice and the shop had a good range of skis for me to choose between. I ended up trying out different skis as the weather changed and learnt a lot about what was right for me as a result! Fantastic service, highly recommend this shop for ski hire and related purchases!

Excellent, well maintained bikes which were set up to fit us in advance of our holiday. Super friendly and helpful staff who recommended great routes and places to visit. As a family of four who booked two downhill bikes and two electric assist bikes, we highly recommend Pure Experience!

J'achète beaucoup en ligne.J'ai passé commande auprès de 4 magasins différents, mais finalement seul Cyril m'a répondu. J'ai passé ma commande assez rapidement et je l'ai reçue dans les délais prévus. Mais je tiens à préciser queCyril a même répondu à mes questions le dimanche.Il a toujours été aimable et courtois dans le choix de mes accessoires de vélo et je n'ai donc pas attendu longtemps pour obtenir une réponse.Je suis ravi du service et de l'attention portée à la clientèle ! Une semaine après la livraison du vélo, il m'a demandé si tout me plaisait.Si vous voulez profiter de votre achat, vous devez absolument vous adresser à Cyril !

Fine if you don’t really care how the bike is setup. We booked three downhill, supplied height and weight for all ahead of time. Checking the pressures there didn’t seem to be any logic to how any of the bikes had been configured. Additionally, we asked the day before for English brake setups. On the day they said it wasn’t possible. Granted we could have requested this when booking but it’s a less than five minute job. Despite some pushing they wouldn’t do it. We went back to the Airbnb and sorted brakes on all three bikes in a matter of minutes. Otherwise, the bikes were good and reasonably priced. The shop is a little out of town but they offered to drive us to the lifts, which is good.

Currently in Les Gets, and rented all our ski gear (adults and kids) from this wonderful shop. The Owner and his team are incredibly friendly and there was absolutely nothing more they could have done for us. The added bonus, amazing new gear, very affordable, and meters from the slopes. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough!!

Je suis allé skier avec mon petit frère, première fois chez ce magasin et j'en suis absolument ravi ! Le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant, ils ont pris le temps de d'aider à trouver le matériel qui conviendrait le mieux à ses besoins et son niveau. Je recommande vivement ce magasin pour tous ceux qui cherchent une location. 6 étoiles sur cinq, pour nous avoir laissé accès à leurs toilettes privée ;)

Avoid...The bikes were good quality. However two members of staff flatly refused to swap the brake levers over, both even said it was impossible (despite us pushing quite hard to have it done). Five minutes after leaving we had managed to do it ourselves with an Allen key, it was quite simple in the end. Really lazy service, and quite dangerous to be honest as none of us ride that setup. The frame sizes weren't what we had booked, one of us had to ride a large despite having ordered a medium. The tyres were very hit and miss with their air pressures, some were incredibly low (13psi!). Never had any issues like this anywhere else we hire from, and we come biking here every year.
