Christophe is a fantastic guide! I consider myself lucky to have picked him.Christophe had all of the basic expectations covered: He has fluent English, he is a good driver (we drove through the Arc de triomphe roundabout, I know) he was organized, he was punctual, he was attentive, he was able to think on his feet and improvise.Given he can cover the basics, he went even further and had the ability to give thought to the finer touches of tourism. He tailored the tour to what my tastes were, which he learned by talking with me in-depth over email months before I arrived in Paris. If you give Christophe an idea of what area of history or Paris city life you are interested in, he will not only remember it, he will detail the tour to your interests.He was also willing to stop and take pictures, or let you take pictures, of whatever you wanted.Also worth mentioning is Christophe's graciousness. He did not mind when my plans changed last minute and I ended up going on my tour with less people. He gave me a discount to account for the difference, even though it was a loss for him and no real difference to the tour. I appreciated that. Further, when he knew I would be in Paris before our tour, he personally delivered the multi-day museum pass he bought for me to my apartment so I could use it *before* our tour. Very, very, very gracious and helpful!I will be back to Paris, and I will use his services again.
