We used Your Local Property Management at the start of the Pandemic when we were unable to get to our property. Health problems further delayed our ability to use our property but it was in excellent hands. The lawn was regularly mowed and the shrubs were neatly cut back. Checks were carried out on the house after severe weather events like frosts and storms and cleaning and maintenance jobs were arranged when required.Work was always carried out quickly and efficiently. Photographs were always sent to show the work done and communications were excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this service.

Neil has looked after our property in the Vienne for several years.
