We purchased a chalet in Essert Romand in 2018, Clément Jacquier and his team managed the process and we found them to be very professional and responsive.Based on this we use Clément Jacquier and his team to sell the same chalet in 2021. However we were allocated someone who only worked two days a week, and often went on holiday without notifying us, with no handover to a colleague. This produced several delays in the sale, and both sides had to chase Clément Jacquier's team in order to progress the sale. There were several duplications of effort, and poor communication upon completion.Two seperate emails from the team at Clément Jacquier's office described us (his client) as 'arrogant and ignorant', and 'excitable and impatient'. My wife is a lawyer and I run my own business - we found this language both shocking and highly unprofessional.Based on this I would not recommend Clément Jacquier and his team.

Un manque évident de professionnalisme !!! Nous avons perdus 3 semaines dans l’avancement de notre projet ! Soit ses collaboratrices sont enceintes, soit Mr est en congés soit aucune explications et silence radio total !!! Faut vraiment et de façon hyper urgente revoir le fonctionnement et la communication du cabinet ! C’est à la limite du scandale !!!

A éviter, Mme Berger ne répond jamais à nos questions, la signature a été effectuée maintenant on pleure pour avoir notre argent.J ai acheté un notre bien et je demande mon argent
