Cimetière Notre-Dame

Très beau cimetière ancien. Bien entretenu.

Every town/ country we go to our thing is going to cemeteries. We've seen historical American figures/ Hollywood stars and just beautiful graves. This one has to be the top of my list. Aside fromJim Morrison being here there's multiple others such as Oscar wilde just to name another. The statues are absolutely breathtaking and the walk around was amazing. We came in the fall and the leaves were on the ground and the ground was wet and the stones were wet and it just felt so surreal that we were here. Jim Morrison's grave was so sad we walked up and a group was there and they were playing people are strange and it just over powers you with emotion. His grave is gated off ( which is the only one that is like that)They had tour groups that walk itWe got there through the bus lines ( ps if you're gonna be sight seeing all day buy a bus/ metro pass for 11.00 euros it's so much cheaper )

Mon père y repose .avec sa seconde épouse.. au calme. Il aurait préféré sous un arbre!Il
