this place's real name is hop parking. I had to pay 10 eur more on site because the parking time I reserved is 7:00 AM.Such info was not indicated anywhere in the homepage when I made booking but communicated via email that if I arrive before 7:01 I need to pay 10 eur more. Of course I entered the place a little after 7:00 but I was obliged to pay 10 eur more.And you have to leave the key there which makes it worse than other parkings.never recommend it here.

1 étoile et encore trop cher payé, car on ne peut pas 01 Navette en panne et l'autre chez les flics!!!Personnel qui fuit les clients, pas d'info ...J'ai repris mon véhicule et ai du me garer sur le parking CDG (une fortune)Manque de professionnalisme et de communicationScandaleux et pour combler le tout, faire une réclamation relève d'un combat de titansBref fuyez ses escrocs

Je ne recommande absolument pas,J'ai réservé une place avec le service voiturier (aller - retour), j'ai bien payé la totalité, à l'aller ça allait, mais au retour le service n'était pas complet, personne m'a ramené ma voiture comme prévu et j'ai fait le trajet avec 2 petits enfant en bas âge et 5 valises en navette ( ce que je voulais évité!)je demande un remboursement depuis mon retour mi-août, sans suit ! sachant que e l'ai réclamé plusieurs fois par téléphone et par mail. c'est dommage cette façon de travail, à éviter !Reference: BO118371Commande n° SO17677
