Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées and metro stations.Extremely friendly host!Very good French breakfast with very high quality products.Big room with a private bathroom and beautiful Parisien balcony!Very good place to stay with a very reasonable budget!

Beautiful room (with balcony), super lovely and friendly grandma, the best location. What else do I need to say apart from, I will book this place again and again :)(To clarify on some other comments I saw. Yes wooden floor squeaks some time, but it is more than acceptable, and this is what brings a true Parisian experience.)

The best ever!! will definitely come back again!Everything vintage, elegant and exquisite.The host will offer you breakfast by a cute trolley and you can have a Parisian style breakfast on terrace.

Purtroppo non posso dire come si alloggia presso questa struttura, ma posso sinceramente dire che non la consiglio a nessuno. Infatti io dovevo arrivare oggi presso la struttura, ma sono stata impossibilitata ad arrivare per gli scontri che stanno avvenendo a Parigi, ho fatto richiesta di spostamento di data da ieri, ma fino a mezz'ora fà la Signora Decroix, che vuole anche una cauzione di €.300.00 per soggiornare presso la propria struttura, non ha capito l'impossibilità di arrivare e quindi di portare avanti la prenotazione in altra data. Ha trattenuto i soldi da me versati in anticipo ed io questo lo definisco una presa di posizione che denota la mancanza di professionalità per una persona che vuole gestire ospiti e quindi lavorare nel mondo del turismo. A qualsiasi persona che vuole soggiornare presso la Signora Decroix prego di prendere in considerazione il mio scritto ed anche la mancanza di tolleranza e di professionalità della Signora. Sicuramente potreste come me perdere i vostri denari.

The room is located in a historical family apartment 1 minute away from Arc the Triomphe. Madame Decroix rents 2 rooms of her apartment located on the 4th floor as a ‘bed & breakfast’ concept. Our room was a room type without a balcony but with a bathroom inside the room. The size of our room was sufficient, the side room is converted to a bathroom and bundled our room, we had a huge bathroom. Even though the building smells historical, our room was fresh, clean and nice. Madame Decroix brought our breakfast, which she prepared with her own hands, at the time we specified every morning. Breakfast consisted of croissant varieties, hot bread, cheese, oil, jam, coffee/tea and orange juice. You cannot eat this type of breakfast in Paris Cafes for less than 15 Euros pax. Madam Decrox's big smile and bonjour is a bonus. Madam is a very sweet woman who truly loves her job. She was always smiling and asked how we were. If we come to Paris again, we will definitely stay here again. Remember that this is a ‘family b&b’, not a hotel with a reception. Travelers looking for a friendly room with a smile will be happy here.
