Finding an apartment in Paris was a real challenge for me, especially as a foreigner. Before contacting this agency, my efforts often hit a wall. My emails went unanswered or were replied to in French despite my writing in English. It was frustrating not to have proper follow-up.But everything changed with this agency. From the first contact, I noticed a real difference. They took the time to track my file, answer my questions, and guide me through every step in English, which was a huge relief.The apartment they found for me is exactly what I was looking for. It perfectly matches the photos, and living here is a real pleasure. Without this agency, I’d probably still be in a hotel, desperately searching.A big thank you to the whole team for their support and professionalism. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a place in Paris, this is definitely the agency to contact. They absolutely deserve these five stars!

I found a beautiful apartment through Winston and Léon, newly renovated and in the center of Paris. Unfortunately, this 'luxury' agency provided little to no service during my stay. I lived in the apartment for three months without a mailbox, causing a great deal of trouble for me. Furthermore, the apartment was listed with wifi as a service, however the wifi was not installed for the first three weeks of the stay. Everytime I made Léonard aware of these issues, and kindly asked him to find a solution, he led me on by saying it would be fixed within the next days, the next 48 hours ect. I didn't succeed to get a mailbox, and was not refunded some of the rent as an apology. This is, in my opinion, a very unprofessional way to rent out apartments, and to handle disappointing situations with clients.

Extrêmement déçu. Ne répond jamais au téléphone, ne rappel jamais, et ce malgré plusieurs remarques de ma part. Prend un malin plaisir a lire mes messages mais a ne pas y répondre.Ne répond pas au whatsapp ou au sms (ou alors très, très rarement).J'ai officiellement confié mon bien 3 mois, et aucun locataire de trouvé. Et pourtant c’était en plein été.----------------Réponse au commentaire du gérant de l'agence :1- Quand j'appelais plusieurs fois"

This was the perfect spot for my family's Paris vacation! Clean, safe, quiet, excellent location and plenty of space. My family and I loved this cute and well-appointed apartment and the comfortable furnishings were just what we needed after long days of sight-seeing. The host was very responsive, flexible and helpful. Could not recommend this apartment enough!

The best part of staying in this Airbnb was the responsiveness and friendliness. It was nice to have recommendations and help. On top of this, the house is spacious, which was very nice for my family of four adults. As Americans, we were not as used to having a small toilet area, but the bathroom itself is larger. The courtyard outside of the house is really charming. After you walk through the archway, which is a little dark, it opens up to a nice area that is very picturesque.

We rented a great apartment near the Jardin de Luxembourg and had a great experience. Home was clean and well appointed and in a great location. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and even called me from France (to the US) in advance of our visit to discuss my questions. Highly recommend them.

(see below in english) Expérience très décevante. Prestation médiocre malgré le montant très élevé du loyer et des frais d’agence. Dès notre installation dans cet appartement du 6ème arrondissement, nous avons dû faire face à une série de problèmes. Pour commencer l’appartement était sale. Il manquait des draps dans les lits. Les couvre-lits étaient crasseux, avec des auréoles jaunâtres. Moquette présentant des taches d’urine de chien. Poils de chien dans les coins et derrière les radiateurs. Beaucoup de poussières et des objets que de précédents locataires avaient laissé derrière un meuble, y compris une culotte sale… Puis nous avons découvert qu’il y avait de nombreuses réparations à effectuer : prises électriques, luminaires, une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cafetière en panne. Poêles et casseroles si usées qu’elles n’étaient pas utilisables. On nous a remis deux clés dont une sans badge, pourtant nécessaire pour pouvoir entrer dans l’immeuble. Autre souci: un store en bois cassé qui laissait une partie de la cuisine et de la salle à manger dans la pénombre. M. Vigier qui nous avait loué le bien n’était pas là au moment de notre arrivée. Nous avons eu affaire à une gestionnaire d’une autre agence. Cette personne s’est montrée particulièrement incompétente, de mauvaise foi et désagréable. Il a fallu nous organiser pour être présents lors de la venue de l’électricien/plombier, d’un technicien moquette, d’un réparateur de rideau (qui n’a rien pu faire, la pièce est restée dans le noir sur toute la durée du séjour), et d’une femme de ménage. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps, y compris pour faire le double du badge que nous avons plusieurs fois réclamé en vain. A maintes reprises, nous avons demandé à M. Vigier d’intervenir auprès de la gestionnaire ou de la propriétaire. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous proposer un dédommagement. Cela n’a pas été le cas. Il n’était pas présent le jour de la sortie, et nous n’avons toujours pas de nouvelles depuis. Pour une agence qui se vante d’accompagner soigneusement ses clients et de proposer des biens de luxe et de prestige, c’est inadmissible. Je ne peux que déconseiller cette agence!Very awful experience! Poor service despite the very high rent and agency fees. As soon as we moved into this apartment in the 6th arrondissement, we had to deal with many issues. First, the apartment was dirty. The beds were not ready. The bedspreads were filthy, with yellow stains. Some urine stains (from dogs) on the carpet. There were dog hairs in the corners and behind the heaters. Lots of dust and things that previous tenants had left behind furniture, including dirty panties… Then, we discovered that there were many repairs to be done: electrical outlets, light fixtures, a flush in a toilet didn’t work. The coffee machine was broken. Usable pots and pans. They gave us two keys, but only one badge (we can’t enter the building without a badge). Another concern: a wooden shade was broken ; kitchen and the dining room were still in the dark. Mr. Vigier who has rented the property to us was not there for the check in. We dealt with a property manager from another real estate. This person turned out to be particularly incompetent, dishonest and arrogant. We had to organize ourselves to be there for the visits of a handyman, a carpet technician, a curtain technician (who couldn't repair the shade…), and a housekeeper. We wasted a lot of time, including one afternoon to get a copy for the missing badge that we claimed in vain. On many occasions, we asked Mr. Vigier to talk with the other property manager or the owner. The least they could have done would be a compensation. It was not the case. M. Vigier was not there for the checkout, and since we left, we didn’t hear anything from him. This is unacceptable for an agency that claims to offer luxury and prestigious properties. I won’t recommend this agency.
