We had T2 pick us up and our two dogs after flying from Canada. We had crates and luggage and where awesome with accommodation us! Really took the stress out of landing in a foreign country with dogs! Thanks again!

I have used T2 transfer twice - in December 2021 and September 2023 - and am very pleased with their service. The drivers were friendly, professional, and arrived on time. They had excellent driving skills and their cars were clean. I will definitely use them again when I return to Paris.

Very reliable taxi service. Came on time and get us to train station in time even with traffic congestion in Paris.Experienced driver, very polite and helpful.Only minus - payment option. Added 10% on top of the fare cost if paid by card.

The service was great, the driver was polite and waited for us as outlined at arrivals despite our flight being delayed and taking an hour to get through security. Well worth the price if you are arriving late in the day even if the taxi might have been significantly cheaper it took all of the effort out of getting to our accommodation quickly.

They confirmed our reservation, but they didn’t come to take us from the airport. We lost 60 minutes to wait for the car and finally we catch taxi and we lost our time and pay more money for the taxi.

Used T2 Transfer twice while in Paris and were very helpful and polite. Even contacted me to say they would be there to pick me up earlier then booked due to traffic. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

PositivesGood communication methods - email, whatsapp. Wonderful driver and very clean car. Very simple to organise. Would use again.Improvements.Although pick up location was agreed, it was changed towards the pick up time, which could have caused disruption if we were not early.

Just returned home from Disney. Used T2 transfer for both from and to the airport. Driver arrived on time for both legs and were very helpful. Our inbound flight was delayed by 3 hours and the team communicated very well throughout. Would certainly use the service again.
