A very decent CROUS housing with relatively new amenities. The rooms are large, comes with two tables, two chairs, bed, wardrobe, electric heaters, water heater and electric cooker.The residence also has a nice courtyard which is really large, during the summer they hold events amongst neighbors which can be fan.The residence is directly opposite a March supermarket, this is a huge plus as shopping is easier. It is also close to a CROUS restaurant which was a life saver during the pandemic. There are two pharmacies in close proximity of the residence, there are also two metro stations 5 minutes walking distance from the residence and a city bike docking station 2 minutes from the residence. In summary it is well served by public transport.I think it is a good residence for the rent you pay, it is also very secure despite what people say about the be neighborhood. I had zero incident during my 1 year stay.Also the CROUS office is in the residence which make administrative processes easier. There is also a study/working room and a laundry room too.
