Great customer service !

We were happy with the service we received when planning and booking our 10-week winter stay in Ventenac-en-Minervois but we're VERY disappointed with the lack of support from Go Languedoc when we had a dispute with the property owner at the end of our holiday. The terms of the contract were not upheld and Go Languedoc were unwilling to deal with our concerns.
