worst experience ever with this agency, i’ve booked a ticket to india in april and cancelled it before 3 days of departure, but the refund still not received neither from air india nor from them, its been more than 19 months, but when i’ve checked with air india they have confirmed me repeatedly that they have refunded to my agency on Nov 5, 2021 but i didnt get money yet? now when i’m asking them about the status they are not replying over on mail. Guys plz be very careful fromthis agency before wasting your money of, its damb squib & dismal. this is a fraud business
