In the picturesque Premier Cru village of Chamery, this traditional vinegrower family transforms little natural juiceballs into exquisite Champagne wines.The production is bellow and behind their nice Hotel, and you can visit it to learn about the process and see the old and new parts of the cellars, the vats, barrels and bottles.The Hotel is nice and a perfect retreat, but the view from their restaurant is just stunning, giving to the Mountain of Reims vineyards.

Le Bonnet-Ponson Perpétuelle Extra-Brut premier cru est le meilleur champagne que j'ai eu l'occasion de goûter depuis ces dix dernières années. Un vrai bijou!

Wij zijn hier onwijs vriendelijk ontvangen! De wijnen zijn laag in suiker en organisch geproduceerd. Veruit de lekkerste die wij in de champagne streek hebben geproefd (en gekocht). Absolute aanrader!

Zeer goede ontvangst, goede rondleiding in de kelder. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant, alles zonder streken en heel sympathieke uitbaters.

Great range of cuvees, my favorite being the milliseme Champagne Jules Bonnet. The cave visit and tasting really give a sense of the history of this champagne house and it's wines as well as the valor it still holds today. There is also the restaurant & chambers d'hôtes DANS LES VIGNES. You stay among the vineyards of Champagne with views of the vines all around you. In the restaurant you eat products from the region and the small restaurant garden prepared in the style of classic french cuisine.

Bonjour,Nous avons fait une visite de votre domaine ce matin et nous tenions à vous remercier pour ce super moment ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Barbara, qui nous a tout expliqué avec patience et passion. Un vrai bonheur pour nous, et le champagne était délicieux.
