Voyages Gagneux

On July 15th 2019, We had a bus from Gagneux for a capacity of 20 persons. We booked for 4 full days transfers with Gagneux, all what we can say that they lack of maintenance. And this is something very important for the safety of the passengers and for us as organisers. The bus of the 1st day produced a noise all the time, something wrong in the mechanism. The bus of the 2nd day, on 17/7/19 had an accident with its brakes. Fortunately we were on a highway coming from Mont-Blanc area, and we weren't on the mountain road when this accident happened. All our group was in the bus when suddenly the driver wanted to decrease the speed and the brakes were not functioning! We crossed the gate of the highway without waiting for it to open and miraculously the driver was able to stop the bus. Even the 3rd day, they sent a bus of the 1st day with the same noise in the mechanism. This is unacceptable! Gagneux must maintain well its vehicles for the safety of the passengers.

Un énorme merci pour le professionnalisme du chauffeur VSL qui a assuré le transport de notre ami vers l'hôpital d'Annemasse et transmis dans le même temps le rechange tant attendu !

Muy amables y serviciales, el conductor que nos llevó a Ardent cuando cerró la estación, excelente. Très aimables, servicieux et professionels. Le conducteur qui nous a amené à Ardent quand la station du ski a fermé, excellent.

Taxi très ponctuelle, véhicules, voiture et mini bus, tres confortables, chauffeur (ses), très sympas, et de bonnes explications sur les lieux visités, les clients ne sont pas que des numéros je les reconseilles vivement.

Equipe très professionnelle et agréable, toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande !
