I used this agency for an important global project to produce certificate for sales professionals completing a qualification. I needed it to be eye-catching, full of energy but also prestigious and professional. Lilian asked me some great questions during the briefing process that made me reconsider my idea and refine it. She then provided me with some excellent samples of which I picked one. We then refined it, again with consultation from Lilian and she delivered the final product ahead of schedule.
