Superbe emplacement proche métro, restaurants et Parc des princes. Appartement très bien équipé, propre et relativement spacieux. Seul petit bémol le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, pour la période et 2 enfants c'est un peu gênant. Cependant l'hôtel a reouvert apparemment la veille de notre arrivée après 18 mois de fermeture, le temps peut être de tout remettre en service !

Wonderful stay. We stayed there with kids. Its small and convenient apartment. The person at the reception was very friendly and kind full. If we visit paris again, we sure will stay there. We liked it

An excellent surprise. A small, very cosy, and very comfortable apartment in Boulogne. Perfect for short or longer stays. Central. Clean, with modern amenities, a tiny but well stocked kitchenette. Breakfast was included in our fee. Staff very helpful. Would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Super séjour d'une nuit le 1 decembre pour assister à notre match de foot, valentin c'est occupé de nous à merveille ainsi que lucas il me semble . Ces deux petits jeune font un super boulot vraiment !Arrivé sur place le canapé n'était pas fonctionnelle pour dormir , il nous a déplacé en #108.Merci encore pour votre accueil et professionnalisme.

La chambre est bien mis a part quelques détails, mais je mets la note de 1/5 car la caution de 200€ en cas de dégât de la chambre n'a pas été retournée malgré aucun dégât matériel apparent. Si vous pensez séjourner ici, prenez des photos des lieux a votre arrivée pour éviter ce genre de problème.

Our first day here was horrible, but second day was good. Our our check in was delayed to 3.40pm even when we requested for early check in. We were provided a room with no ventilation and the AC was not working on a day the temperature outside was 36C-38C. We were provided extremely noisy fans which gave me a headache. The afternoon receptionist refused to shift us to another acceptable room. The next morning we complained again and were provided a nicer room (only late afternoon) by the person doing morning shift at the reception. Valentin was very nice to us and gave us a nicer and bigger room. We have two extreme experiences thus average rating. Location was perfect for visiting concert in Hippodrome, otherwise away from the centre. Good restaurants in the vicinity.

This hotel apartment does not meet the standards of any basic hotel apartment.First the room when we entered was not well cleaned you easily spot dust in corners, under couches… the couch it self had spots when we told them they said they are not removable but obviously with proper detergent and good cleaners they can be removed (and if really they cannot be removed then change this couch) The duvet had a cover but not very fitting for it so you can see the duvet and there are orange spots on the duvet which were disgusting those simply by putting the duvet into the washing machine can be removed!Apart from cleaning, the room facilities: the couch is broken when you sit on it, it bends down as if you are sitting on the floor, the bathroom has no toothbrush holder and not even a single towels holder. There is only a drying rack which will be usually occupied by laundry. In the standing shower there is not even one rack to place soap, shampoo. The dishwasher machine was not working and when we asked for extra room service they said its not under their tasks to clean the dishes! If the dishwasher is not functioning at least they should provide alternatives. The passage way in the corridor could be left dirty for 2-3 days. Finally the staff are not helpful, they see us struggling with our kids and many luggage to carry to the taxi they do not even hold the door for us or offer to help us. We did not feel comfortable at all in this hotel.
