Halte fluviale de Soissons

This will one day be a nice halte. The East (RD) is new with high Quais and sturdy bollards spaced barge distances. The west (RG) has been dismantled and has apparent place ts for? Water and electricity but none are functioning. One bollard remained that I attempted to tie to before discovering it was loosely placed on bolts without nuts. The RG is clearly the preferred place and it will be nice when finished. On the Monday in July no one is working to complete it. The RG is a barren expandce of glaring concrete and I think a petanque court. Or sandbox. Actually, there are trash cans, bolted down shady chairs and a couple of small trees. Again, in a year this should all be very nice.
