I had the worst experience at Cheyla Beauty when I went in to have my acrylic nails removed. It was a complete disaster from start to finish.Firstly, the technician immediately began filing down my nails aggressively, causing discomfort and pain. I had a burning sensation due to the heat of the drill through my nail. The acrylic removal process was extremely painful. It was clear that the technician lacked the necessary skill and care to do this properly. My natural nails were left damaged and weakened.The lack of hygiene was another issue. The tools and workstation didn't appear to be properly cleaned and sanitised after the last client.Finally, when I asked them to stop I was told that the technician who had initially applied the acrylic had over filed my nails. This is not the case as the areas that were not properly removed have strong natural nails underneath.I do not recommend this salon for removal of acrylic nails.
