Personal opinion based on experience: I would advise against engaging with this person if you are seeking help with visa issues. We contacted Ludivine because we had an urgent visa issue affecting my right to work; she said she could help us in the narrow 24-48h window of time we had, but she required payment via RIB before consultation. Our bank (LCL) takes 1-2 days minimum to process a RIB payment, so we asked if we could drop off payment in cash. Her reply (and let me state ahead of time that no, we weren't being ugly or rude Americans, because that's what *I* would assume if I were you, dear reader - this really came out of nowhere):si c'est trop compliqué pour vous
