J'ai beaucoup aimé l'organisation au top et l'équipe qui accueille est très sympathique, sans retard ni mauvaises surprise. Je recommande leurs services à 100%

We rented an airbnb in toulouse, 28 rue des salenques, via luckey by airbnb and the place was absolutely horrible:- really uncomfortable bed- place smells and dirty, looks like it has not been cleaned for a long while- we were supplied 2 towels (we’re 2) for 4 days, we were expected to use that throughout the stay* Remember we’re in the middle of an pandemic- Couch smells horrible and looks really really used- Upon turning on the heaters they release a horrible smell, you’d prefer to keep it off- We had one kitchen towel that had hair in it- 1.5 toilet paper rolls (for 2 for 4 days)- There was hair in one of the kitchen drawers* We called the agency, their reply was that they can give us extra towels but we have to pay for that. They would rather have us leave than supply the basic.* Hospitality 101: clean place, 2 towels per person 1 small 1 big- no tissues across the entire apartment* I usually don’t report bad experiences but this one is horrible, totally unacceptableIn brief, stay away from Luckey... You’re better off in a hotel if luckey was the only thing you found
