An excellent school! The teaching is very high quality, I could not have picked a more competent or lovely teacher (thanks Nadine!) or better located school. I am a native english speaker and opted for one-on-one and group classes - I definitely recommend doing as many lessons as possible and exploring the beaches in-between! The school is situated in a gorgeous town (Beaulieu), easily accessible to Villefranche-Sur-Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. I'd come again for sure!

Apprendre la langue au BLRC m'a fait un grand plaisir et je suis éxtremement satisfaite de mes progrès. Nadine, la directrice est très amicale et engagée. De par sa nature cordiale et serviable elle a crée und atmospphère d'apprentissage très agrèable! Elle a choisi des sujets très interessants et elle a orgnaisé des leçons variées, animées et motivantes.Je souhaite beaucoup de succés à l'école!!

What a wonderful language school! Great location and very well organized instruction. My homestay was nearby and very friendly. The town is beautiful — scenic, picturesque, and has lots of nearby excursions into history, art and architecture.

This beautiful, brand new school is the perfect place for a French immersion experience, and Nadine is the perfect teacher - challenging without being intimidating, and able to meet the needs of students of all ages (I am 60+) and at all levels. The classes go by quickly - there is a good mix of handouts and AV material to stimulate discussion. I don't know what other language school would include a coffee break in a lovely courtyard with a garden including citrus trees growing overhead. Beaulieu is a fantastic location in which to appreciate the beauty and culture of France; very close to Nice but with its own pace and charm, and the locals were friendly towards my attempts to speak French. Everyone in my class was happy with their accommodations. I definitely plan to return.

I attended a one week long French language course at BRLC in November . I am an “advanced beginner” who learnt French at school several decades ago, but have had little opportunity since then to practice . My main goal in taking the short class was to improve my ability to converse in a general social setting. Nadine’s expertise in course design combining formal instruction with flexible discussions and conversations enabled me to improve my listening and speaking skills. Nadine actively encouraged me to contribute to diverse discussions, teaching and correcting me in a gentle and friendly way. The course more than met my expectations and I hope to return for another short course.

The school is excellent and remains open for virtual lessons. I attended a course in Beaulieu last year, and am now taking a second course using Zoom which is working really well. If you had planned to attend a course in person but are currently prevented by travel restrictions, I urge you to consider the virtual option.

I enrolled in private lessons with BRLC during my stay in southern france; what a wonderful experience and education. Nadine is a wonderful teacher; she made my initial experience learning french very pleasant and I looking forward to continuing my education when I return home. Merci Beaucoup Nadine! Beaulieu Riviera Language Center is an excellent French School. The professors are great. Nadine, the director, is so kind and helps the students have a wonderful experience. The classes are small, very interactive and engaging and good for students of all levels. You will get lots of opportunities to practice speaking. My French improved so much during my classes there and I enjoyed getting to know the other students. Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and the surrounding area is beautiful and the school is just steps to gorgeous beaches, stores, and fun cafes and restaurants. As a woman traveling alone, I always felt safe. The very convenient public transportation makes it easy to visit the Nice, museums, lovely villages and the whole Cote D'Azur. This is an ideal place to study French. Everyone I met in Beaulieu was so friendly, it was easy to get to practice French outside of class as well. I've been to several French schools and this was by far the best. I highly recommend it.
