I called this taxi to arrange a pick up to take me and my dog to the veterinarian. He said he would arrive at 4 pm. I waited outside my apart for 30 mins. Then I called him and texted him and he never showed. I waited one hour. Unfortunately, I was not able to take my dog to the veterinarian and it was too late to book with another taxi. The transit did not go to the area and it was too late for me to go to the car rental agency. I would not use this taxi at all. Not nice!
