Carmella was great! She is very welcoming and puts on at ease straight away. But her USP is the fact she was a professional elite athlete who competed at international level which gives her a unique insight into muscular injuries and strains. She sorted my dodgy shoulder after too much cycling in the hills of Provence. Don't hestite to book a session - I'll be back for a rematch next year hopefully! Robert - England.

Carmella is such a talented, interested and knowledgeable masseuse! In my experience massages does not differ much, but wow the techniques and tools and the way she applies them are quite the experience. It’s nice to be treated by someone who really seem to understand the body. I think this treatment must have released some 10 years of tension! Comes highly recommended!

My experience with Carmella at Elite sports massage was wonderful. My entire trap, shoulder, arm and shoulder blade was completely blocked with years of knots pushing on the nerves due to bad posture. She worked on them hard with all sorts of tools over 2 sessions and soon another 3rd.The decor is wonderful, Carmella is knowledgeable and very friendly, she also speaks fluent English and French.I would recommend 100%

Carmella is a life saver! I had a locked-up back for a week before going to see her, and she completely loosened me up and helped me understand how to prevent strains like the one I had, especially since I work at a desk. Given her athletic background, she’s able to pinpoint trigger points and sources of tension (mine was coming from the rhomboids…who knew?).Carmella is not only super knowledge but also a great chat and open to any questions you have. My hip flexors, hamstrings and calves were really tight from a lot of running lately, but Carmella's work on them in just one session really did wonders!She is super professional, but at the same time casual, so it is a really comfortable setting. I also liked how she explained every step of the treatment and what preventive measures I should take.Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!
