Reims-Ready

I am a NEOMA student living in Reims. Phil came to my campus at the beginning of the semester and promote about the organisation. He was very friendly with us and gave us advices on life in Reims.Afterwards I encounter some issues with car rental, due to language barrier I couldn’t effectively communicate with the French company, Mr.Phil helped me so much by connecting to the client service. I am very grateful for everything Reims-Ready has done for me.

I would not have found my dream apartment in France if not for Reims Ready! I tried apartment hunting by myself for months, both at home in the US and for 2 weeks after I arrived in France, but was not able to find anything affordable and close to my school. Calling with landlords to discuss rent was nearly impossible because I was just starting to learn French and they very rarely spoke English! Phil found us an amazing apartment in only a few days and handled all of the translating; both in person, on phone calls, and over email. He is always available to help and is very responsive to texts/emails. This is an amazing resource to have as a student studying abroad in Reims. Thanks to Reims Ready I’ve had a much smoother experience moving to France !

So far I have had a very pleasant experience working with Reims ready. The agent Phil was incredibly responsive and got back to me right away when I first messaged. They seemed to put forward a genuine effort to help me find a place, which is much appreciated as an international student who lives outside of Europe. I would highly recommend reaching out to this service!

I really appreciate the support from Mr. Phil Masek. I had some trouble contracting some student residences, but somehow I was able to meet Reims-ready. I would strongly recommend at least meeting and having some conversation with reims-ready, especially if you are not fluent in french yet. It would have been better to ask Reims-ready in the first place before arriving at Reims.
