Délais annoncé non respecté à deux reprises pour une clé en laiton. La clé fonctionne mais finition grossière. J'ai demandé à ce que la clé soit finit. Disons que le résultat est passable.

Do not go to this place. I gave my shoes for repair and when I went to pick them up the day they were supposed to be ready, the store was closed with the shutters down and a note that they have gone on vacation. Luckily the lady had posted her cell phone. I called multiple times and with a lot of difficulty, I was able to get a commitment from her to come the next day to return my shoe as I was leaving Paris for overseas. At the hour she had promised to meet, I had to call and text her several times for her to show up. Her excuse was that her power had been cut and she couldn’t fix my shoe. Once she finally showed up after an hour and half and gave me back my shoe, only one of the pair was done and it was done so poorly while the other pair had not been worked on at all. I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Not professional nor reliable.
