Noémie provides an excellent training personal, in classes and groups, and we were so lucky to have her introduce us to a sophrology-stress management session. I have enjoyed so much every session so far and I am looking forward to more! She always smiles, speaks so nicely with good concrete language and makes it fun too.The sophrology class was a balanced hour of theory and practice. Great content and smooth delivery, on time, easy to understand and we all felt so relaxed in the end.At the end of every class, I feel I have received so much positive energy. She is authentic and willing to share with you all the tips, as she pays close attention to every one of us.I highly recommend Noémie!

Voilà déjà presque 2 ans, que je pratique le sport avec Noémie.Une femme douce, chaleureuse, accueillante respectueuse et inspiratrice sont les termes qui pourront la qualifier.Je pourrai précisé que grâce à elle, j’ai repris goût à refaire du sport dans le respect de mon corps et pour mon bien être.Je ne peux que recommander.
