Citadines Apart'hotel Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris

The reviews are tough, but we didn’t have a bad time here.I found the front desk to be very helpful.I had some business with the US embassy and they walked me through what i needed to do.The location is superbThere is a kitchenette in the roomOur room was cleanbreakfast buffet was varied and good quality and less expensive than many places around the area.The bathroom was well stocked and cleanThe not so good-They seem short staffed.It’s a busy hotel and the people running the desk seemed overworkedOutlets in our room didn’t work, the TV didn’t work because of the outlets not working. We brought it to their attention but nothing was done.It’s ok we were out enjoying and exploring Paris not sitting in the hotel room watching TV.

Merci à Eddie qui nous avait très bien reçu et donné des explications sur le quartier,Les restaurants à proximité, il a toujours cherché à aller au delà de nos demandes .Il a un très grand sens du service et est très impliqué .il m'a plusieurs fois donné des informations car je repassai devant l'accueil(Entre temps il avait fait des recherches).Nous étions en famille avec 2 enfants de 4 et 6ans et tout ceci nous a été très précieux.Nous reviendrons certainement l'hôtel est très bien situé et calme notre chambre était propre. Merci

This hotel is in a great location but there are some major problems. The service from the staff is terrible and they give you a bad attitude. I was asking them to call a taxi and they kept hanging up one me. After about calling them 5 times and they kept hanging up, I went downstairs to they receptionist to get more bad attitude. This hotel is like a hostel, there is no room service and you have to wash your own clothes. The rooms are quite a good size but the tvs are tiny. The beds are very uncomfortable just like a plank of wood. One of the terrible features of this hotel is that you have to buy your own water from vending machines. Please do not stay at this hotel if you are looking to have a good stay in Paris.

Great hotel in a very centric area of Paris. The staff were really kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.They offer complimentary still and sparkling water and also coffee or hot chocolate. Very good to have before or after a long Parisian walk.Having washing and drying machines in the premises was very good, but the dryer didn’t work very well as the clothes were still very wet after the drying program.Other than that, the stay was awesome and would come back to Citadines.

This a very nice hotel located very close to the hustle and bustle of the latin quarter with many of the major sights within walking distance. Located right on the Seine, the room description included photos of the river from the window. I tried to attach it to this review but Google would not let me. This clinched the deal for me! I am a sucker for a room with a view and chose this hotel because of this promise. However, when we arrived we found our deluxe studio" was at the back of the building facing a back street with only a view into our neighbor's apartments (see attached). I was very disappointed.The room itself was very large by local standards although one would not describe it as "luxury" or "deluxe". That said it was very clean and was extremely quiet. Also

Awful experience. Save money and book in another place. The room was such a dirt that we had to ask to change to a cleaner one. Staff weren’t nice at all. We felt so uncomfortable whenever we had a question because staff wasn’t kind. Bad temper an very bad humor. We were shocked by such a bad service. When they moved us to the new room, my breathing machine was disappeared and staff refused to help us. Disrespectful treat. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. But I rather walk miles before staying again in a place where they ruin your stay. All of a sudden, very loud alarms were on and nobody explained what happen. Staff refused to help or make you feel welcome. They should work on something else rather than in hospitality. Anything but hospitality.

L emplacement est top pour visiter Paris et profiter des avantages de la capitale. Une machine a café est a disposition ce qui permet de faire des petits déjeuners rapidement. L'appartement est d une taille correcte ,la petite cuisine suffisamment équipée,les toilettes séparées de la salle de bain sont un plus. En revanche l'appartement est vieillissant,la moquette hors d' âge était tachée comme le canapé qui avait en plus une déchirure. J'ai dû demander un aspirateur car aucun moyen de nettoyer le sol,on me l'a déposé rapidement pour que je puisse le passer. J'avoue avoir été un peu déçue de la prestation en rapport au prix. J y étais allée il y a 2 ans et mon ressenti était tout autre, l' appartement n'était pas le même et bcp plus propre. A priori des travaux de rénovation sont prévus.De même l'accueil systématique en anglais m'a interpellé,que l'on soit bilingue ou plus est top mais je préférerais un accueil d abord en français.

First time, we’ve experienced a 50 minutes wait as we were checking in. I don’t blame the new guy but if you’re stuck on something, ask your manager to help you. It’s stuffed up our bookings and the payment with the city tax, It was frustrating. If you don’t know, ASK for help please!I have to say, I did not have the most friendliness service.Room is spacious and cleanWashing machine was easy to accessFree water dispenser

The room was spacious and very comfortable.There was a small kitchen and an area with a large desk.In the hotel's central hall, there are vending machines for coffee and sweets that are very useful.The location is excellent.The reception staff was very friendly, most of them could communicate in English, and some in Spanish.It's a hotel that I recommend.
