Impossible to get in touch with this agency. I’ve dealt with Sotheby’s in London and other major cities and the service was top notch but not here. Tried calling the agency: they’ve disconnected the phone. Called Frederique who kindly replied but was off on sick leave. Tried calling Jonathan over 10x and no reply. Even drove 6hrs from Paris to see the agency in person saw Jonathan was present tried calling him, he saw my call but decided to ignore it. Went with Barnes next door in the end who are equally capable and high end.

Très bonne agence, à l’écoute et disponible. Travail professionnel de la part de Gérard qui s’est déplacé à notre domicile pour une estimation très claire et bien expliquée. Merci et je recommande sans hésiter!

l'achat de notre bien a pris plus de temps que prévu (Covid entre autres, env 6mois), l'agence sotheby's ne croyait plus en nous et notre projet. Seul Mr Hannart (l'agent immo) s'est accroché et nous a apporter son soutien. Le directeur d'agence n'a pas su nous accompagner et nous rassurer. De plus; le courtier conseillé par le directeur (un ami a lui) nous a mal conseillé et discuté en direct avec le directeur d'agence en nous bypassant. (inacceptable!)les 3 étoiles sont pour le soutien de l'agent et le professionnalisme des photos.si je peux proposer une axe d'amélioration a sotheby's : étendez votre gamme de produits en proposant aussi des biens moins exclusifs mais tout aussi qualitatif. et apporter votre touche premium" (qui a mon sens est votre force) sur des propriétés milieu de gamme."

Incompétence totale

Exactly one year ago, I signed a contract with Sotheby’s for the sale of my apartment in Thonon les Bains and 12 months later, it was done, despite the Covid restrictions which set us back 6 months. Their approach to the task was highly professional and well-informed and their support during the interim significant. I am thankful to the team for the great work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good real-estate company offering top-notch service!
