devo dare per forza una stella ma ne darei zero, non è per nulla chiaro il servizio! per me e la mia famiglia ho noleggiato 4 pass per 24 ore, così che potessimo visitare Monaco in bicicletta, al mio rientro ho controllato la carta e avevo un estratto conto fuori da ogni portata. con un pass di 24 ore non puoi utilizzare per 24 ore le biclette ma fare mini itinerari da 30 min/1 ora e non fermarti mai.per il conto che mi è arrivato conviene molto di più spostarci con un taxi

Mon mari se retrouve avec 300€ de caution bloqués pour une utilisation du vélo de 20 mn. Mais qu'est-ce que c'est que cela ? En plus en fin de mois. Nous allons vous contacter lundi première heure pour avoir des explications car c'est inacceptable !

The system works well, and every bike we had, and all the stations, were in an excellent technical condition. The day ticket, bookable via the app, is an excellent value. You can book it for more than one bike.The only thing that struck us was the apparent lack of coordination with the city of Monaco, two examples:- There is a signposted bike path leading into the tunnel, which ends in the middle of the tunnel. This felt very uncomfortable.- It is apparently not allowed to cycle up to the old town, which is on top of the hill. However, once we arrived there by bus, we saw rental stations, even one opposite the palace, but apparently not used.All in all, we had a great day with the bike, but I recommend avoiding the tunnels and taking a bus from time to time.
