I just used their 15kg machine and after 1h30mn of cleaning the door opened and water just poured out of it.... it was obviously clogged and nothing was cleansome of my stuff were on the floor... and the floor was all wet from my machineI would advise to go to the other one right behind the street. it's newer cleaner and they have machines that works... I want my 10€ back

Did laundry here before we left for next leg of our trip.Was clean, inexpensive and pretty quick for our group to wash and dry our laundry.Took about 1.5 hours total. About 15 minutes of that was figuring out how to get everything going.

I was just at the hospital, they were very responsive and they came to pick up my clothes and deliver them back to me! at an affordable price, they even folded them, good service!!

Je confirme tout ce qui a été dit, Racim, le propriétaire, est vraiment super sympa, intelligent, cultivé, agréable. Et la laverie est très propre. C'est devenu un plaisir d'y passer une heure pour faire son linge !

Quand j'ai mis le billet de 5 euros dans la machine, il n'est pas revenu. Comment puis-je le récupérer ?À part ça, c'était une très bonne lessive.

Laundry mat was clean, inexpensive and pretty easy to wash and dry our laundry. Was recommended by Hilton Paris Opera Hotel. Just a 12 min walk from the hotel. Owners mother was super helpful showing my husband how to set up the washers and dryer and pay for soap.Took about 1.5 hours total to wash and dry our laundry.

Not a bad place to catch up on the dirty clothes. There were some locals who were very helpful. It’s like anything else, practice makes perfect! Don’t be afraid to ask for help. One suggestion! Buy soap pods, the dispenser there isn’t always full!

Une laverie très propre et amicale ! Quand on fait ses lessives, on peut toujours parler avec des autres clients ou avec le propriétaire. Le propriétaire Racim est super gentil et c'est toujours une plaisir de lui visiter dans sa laverie. Meilleure laverie à Paris.
