Caution de 1500 euros DEBITEE sur mon compte le vendredi lors de la location, mais qui n'est toujours pas créditée sur mon compte le mardi soir, alors que le mini bus a été rendu le lundi matin...Et on me répond que ça peut mettre jusqu'à 7 jours !C'est inadmissible, la caution ne doit pas être débitée, juste une empreinte...

No revisan el coche contigo antes de que te lo lleves y luego te cobran arreglos de cosas que tú no le has hecho. Trato desagradable de la persona que recepciona el coche y que ahora sí lo miran al detalle. Para hacer esta revisión te tienen esperando un buen rato ya que la que lo hace es la misma persona que cobra en la gasolinera.

Please don't make the same mistake I did! Make sure you thoroughly check the vehicle before driving it away. Particularly the fuel level. Even if it looks full, get them to make sure before you drive off. I hired a car for 1 day and drove 118km.
