La Cuisine Paris

Ouah! I’ve been coming to Paris for years and this is in the top 10 of experiences I’ve had here … and that’s saying something given the diversity of offerings this city offers.I took the market tour & cooking class today. More than just a « tour » of the market, our chef Ceril explained about the producers there and involved us in making decisions about the dishes we would prepare.Back in the kitchen, we were all hands-on, learning as we created some simply amazingly tasty food.I will never prepare a raw mushroom, peel a potato, or chop garlic the same way! I will forever remember the scallops served in their shells with the most delicious béchamel sauce. And the fig sauce we had was maybe the best sauce I’ve ever tasted.Do yourself a favor and sign up for one of these classes. So worth it!

We had a wonderful experience here. I treated my partner to a two hour macaron making class and it was well worth it! Our instructor was friendly and engaging. Our macarons turned out delicious. Next time we are in Paris we will look at taking another class here.

Une après-midi super passée à cuisiner des macarons dans une très bonne ambiance. Merci pour les petits conseils qui font toutes la différences pour réussir de jolies et bons macarons.

Je ne comprends pas, deuxième site de cours de cuisine que je regarde qui propose de la cuisine française, qui plus est les cours sont situés à Paris et il est pourtant impossible de cliquer sur une option pour avoir le site en français... Un problème avec la langue française ?

I took a class, Le Croissant & Breakfast Pastries on 03/15/23 and it was so much fun! Baking croissant and other breakfast pastries can be intimidating, but our instructor, Audrey, made it easy to follow along, infused humor in her class, and demonstrated the techniques. I also appreciated how hands on it was and loved that, as a class, we got to enjoy the pastries at the end over coffee/tea. We made so many pastries that I left with a full bag, too! I'm glad we received a copy of the recipes and can't wait to try at home. I highly recommend for you to take a class at La Cuisine Paris - you won't regret it!

My husband and I just took the croissant class with Chef Eline (our second La Cuisine class) and it was so much fun! The place is very friendly and welcoming and it’s always such a great time. Chef Eline was so fun and led a very hands on class. She also gave us lots of recommendations for what to do with the rest of our time in Paris. We made several pastries using croissant dough and enjoyed them with coffee and tea at the end of class. I recommend La Cuisine to everyone I know on their way to Paris, and will continue to book classes with them on future returns. It’s a welcoming and professional place and is always a highlight of our trip!

My boyfriend and I attended a La Cuisine Paris baking class and had a wonderful experience. The instructor was funny, easy to understand and overall enjoyable. Our pastries were delicious. Would recommend to anyone visiting Paris.
