The entrance gate is tricky to find - seems to be other company entrance. If you see a shopping mall building, you went too far. The shuttle seemed to come around in about 20-30 minutes, but it's free

Beware all tourists! Bus driver takes 40 minutes instead of what's stated on the schedule. Also refused to drive back to the cruise terminal after sitting in the bus another 20 minutes even though there were only 20 minutes remaining for the cruise to depart. This occurred today against three pleading families. Current company please conduct an employee review. 10/24/2023 incident 4:00pm-5:10pm incident.

Not easy to find but I eventually found it. Yes the shuttle is free however I would think twice before using it as the shuttle comes only once every 45 minutes. There will be a queue of people lining up and if the bus is full…you’ll have to wait another 45 minutes. Have lots of luggage? No one will help you. Tip: take a taxi to directly to your ship.

We got here at 4:40p, our ship closed at 5:30. I waited until 5:13, then asked the security, he said the last one is 5:30p. We get a taxi across the road and the taxi back to the ship at exactly the last minute! The waiting time to come back is an hour!!!
