Annoushka is an awesome masseuse: incredibly knowledgeable and professional as well as generally lovely. I had bad twinges in my back after some heavy outside building work, and whilst the sessions weren’t exactly pleasurable, my back thanked her for it after a few days and my pain went. Highly recommended

Noushka has been an absolute blessing during my second pregnancy, helping relieve all the niggles and pains that come with growing a baby whilst raising a toddler at the same time. I am now nearing the end of my pregnancy and feel far more relaxed and confident facing birth than I did the first time around, and I believe that has a lot to do with my sessions with Noushka. I highly recommend her and will definitely continue with postpartum massage and beyond.

Noushka was very professional and asked me a lot of questions to start, so she can understand my condition, even though i had indicated from the beginning that i am in Les Houches for a short time and wouldn't be able to do follow-up procedures. I had originally gone just for a massage to relax the pain in my muscles after a long trek but she was able to diagnose an issue i've had with my back for 6+ years, begin treating it and give me advice on how to proceed. She exceeded all my expectations and i highly recommend a visit to anybody no matter how small or larfe your problem is!

Anoushka is great, I have chronic back pain for ten years and nothing worked in the long run until I went to her. Not only did she give me great exercises (that I actually did as they started to work straight away), but gave me great advice on tools to work and things to think about for better posture.Her zen presence made me feel so calm and happy and makes me wanting to go back again and again, even though my back is perfect after just three sessions.Highly recommended to all my friends and family

Noushka is a miracle worker. I went to her during my trip to Chamonix for two separate massages - I first went for reiki/reflexology and left so incredibly relaxed that I went the next day for a full body massage. She is very good at listening to your needs and incredibly skilled. I cannot recommend her enough.

Noushka has a calming and natural presence, instantly feeling at ease in her lovely massage room. The treatments I have received have been phenomenal. Deep tissue and hard where needed, sensual, soft and relaxing mostly when pregnant. Highly recommend Noushka. Very professional but also very motherly and warming.
