What a wonderful ride! Lots of leg room. Really good food especially compared to what you pay for on a flight, way better. Friendly, helpful staff. Like the movie Bullet Train you can move between train cars and store your luggage. First Class was not available on this train so unlike Mission Impossible, cannot confirm what First Class looked like.

We took the Eurostar from London to Paris and back to London 4days later. Security check points fast and courteous. Very simple compared to the U.S. Very clean,fast experience. Free WiFi on board. They had a video running on the aisle screen explaining how to adjust seats and where the USB ports and charging for laptop cables. Where emergency exits and evacuation areas are. Bathrooms available on each car. Coat hooks available per seated section. Nice way to travel. Loved the experience.Highly recommend. Super smooth ride and beautiful view.

Brilliant company, the trains run pretty much on time. Communication is great, staff friendly and helpful. Trains are clean and comfortable. Used the service 3 times recently and always been great. Faster and more convenient than flying.

No waiting in line, the business class carriage was very welcoming, from we boarded the train it was smiles and fantastic costumer service, large seats that recline a little with charging port for your divise. Was served a warm breakfast ( my dad ate his i was still sleeping ) drinks and snacks all the way back to London. The journey was smooth and quite fast. Great way to get to and from The UK to France. Most of the employees were nice, the trains were clean, and they kept us up to date with any delays. I would definitely ride them again. Downside for me is accidentally hitting everyone with my backpack as I made my way to my seat and I didn't care for sitting backwards the whole time.

Purchase ticket at least 60 days before the trip, and you can get one-way London to Paris for under $100 US. You can exchange dates, times until 7 days before your trip for no added charge. After 60 days, prices rise dramatically. Save money & use Standard Fare. I rode Standard Premier, and the only difference I saw was you are served a mediocre breakfast. You can bring food & beverages on train so bring your own yogurt, croissant and coffee for much less or purchase items in cafe car. Trip was smooth, relaxing. My ears popped when we entered chunnel & then again when we reached land. Travel light and don't bring heavy luggage (you will be sorry if you do) since you have to navigate all on your own.

Usually good service but this time several trains were delayed due to an unknown problems, unsure which ones as they did nor inform us about the issues. Poor communication between Eurostar company and the customers. Massive queue and not explanation given rather than train delayed.

This was a great experience. The train was clean and also offered food and drinks for purchase. It would be great if they offered blankets for the trip.

Took Eurostar from Paris to London. You have to turn right after you walk into the train station and take the escalator up to the second floor to go through passport control and security. Then you have to find gates to your platform and take an escalator down. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. We barely made it in time, even with the extra time we gave ourselves. Comfortable seats. There is a little bar/coffee area on the train with reasonable prices. My only complaint is that the ac didn't work in our part of the train. Half of the cart had it and our half didn't. We were sweating for 3 hours.
