We had booked an afternoon boat tour. Got to the port at the agreed time, called Ben to ask him exactly where we would meet and he said the boat broke down. He did not bother calling us in advance to cancel, if we would not have called him we would still be there waiting for him… terrible as it was too late to book another tour and we were there with bags of drinks and food to take on board. No consideration for customers, no care. AVOID
