En regardant les autres commentaires, je me demande si nous parlons du même hôtel.C’est mon 3e séjour au Radisson Blu : noël 2018, noël 2019 et dernièrement juillet 2023. Ce qui me vient en premier à l’esprit, c’est la constance et la régularité du service, que ce soit la réception, le restaurant,… et ce à chaque séjour. Personnel accueillant, bienveillant et attentionné, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Très bien situé, métro et nombreux autobus, nous mènent un peu partout à paris. Propreté de la chambre et des lieux communs. Copieux buffet le matin, toujours réapprovisionné régulièrement.Française habitant à Montréal, c’est ma 2e maison. A très vite j’espère.

Nous avons été surpris en bien par cet établissement, assez excentré. En général le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres et modernes. La literie est confortable. La proximité du métro et du parc des princes est top! Notre chambre pour le check-in était prête à 08h00 ! Il est possible de se connecter à son compte Netflix et Disney sur la TV :)Point négatif : le personnel du bar qui a pris 20min pour 2 mojitos et ils n’étaient pas exceptionnels

Some of the sweetest, most helpful and attentive staff (across the board). Hotel is of a very high standard of cleanliness. Highly recommended.

The location is quite far from the centre, the room was clean, but there is no room service! No mineral water, and no concierge to help for baggage. May can go for a better hotel with this price.

Worst ever experience, check in one staff, no bellboy we are family and were forced to carry luggage to rooms, breakfast basic vs to the years 2019, 2018 the hotel lost a lot of unique service. Before the hotel was up to every and each guest expectation but seems the cutting costs on all level will affect the image of the hotel. Too bad how the hotel is becoming. Airport pick up was missed waited one hour with no one showed up. Zero hospitality

We were unfortunately robbed of phones and wallets while in Paris. The hotel could staff not have been more helpful in assisting us cancel bank cards, remotely block phones, print boarding passes since we didn’t have phones, and just generally so helpful in a really difficult situation. Made a really grim situation that bit more bearable

Très agréable suite, personnel très accueillant, parking à 25 euros la nuit. Top pour Paris!Dejeuner continental goûteux.Proche de Paris en vtc. Sans les soucis des quartiers chauds.Je recommande

La chambre est bien mais manque d'isolation. Je suis au 7ème et j'entends les voitures et bruit de l'extérieur.Accueil à améliorer, j'ai attendu longtemps alors qu'il y avait deux personnes qui m'avais vu, mais n'ont rien fait.Par comprehension pour le client, je pense qu'il aurait pu me dire qu'une personne aller arrivé.

Nice Hotel and the terrace suites are great.My only complaints are that there was only 1 chair on the terrace, surely there should be 2?On the Wednesday of our stay it rained quite heavily in Paris and we got soaked and had a little chill. We decided that we would stay in the hotel that night for our evening meal. When we tried to order however, we were informed by a rather abrupt member of staff this would not be possible as he had decided to close the Kitchen. He even refused room service. There was no apology or explanation whatsoever. This attitude is something I have never experienced in any hotel around the world. We were forced to venture out to try to find restaurant, something that we were hoping to avoid.One last tip is don't rely on the hotel booking taxis for you, there doesn't seem to be any relationship between the hotel and taxi firms and your only option is to use Uber.

It’s a lovely hotel, the room was specious and beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We checked out late because of transport issues going back to the hotel and the stuff was helpful.
