They lost my jacket and don’t want to admit it. Even though it is indicated on my ticket.Instead of apologizing for and proposing to regulate the situation, they just insist that I never gave my jacket!!! It’s marked on the ticket they gave me.Be careful, when giving your clothes, and check carefully each item. Because they are not honest at all.By the way, I will take a lawyer, to get my compensation:I would like to add to the message above the situation was regulated approximately for the 50% of the cost of the jacket.
